Shipment times will depend on the size of the order. Most orders for in-stock materials can be fulfilled within 10 to 14 days. Special orders will require between 4 to 6 weeks due to the current pandemic.

We accept all major credit cards, bank wires, ACH and certified funds.

All our crew members are certified and have at least two years of experience in installation and assembly.

Warranty durations vary by products. Most of our exterior line is warrantied against defects for up to ten years under normal conditions. Interior product warranties vary from three to ten years and will vary based upon installation location and exposure to direct sunlight. All laminate products have a lifetime warranty for bondage to their underlying substrate.

Every product will fade over time, given enough exposure to direct sunlight; however our laminate products are extremely fade resistant and normally last three to four times longer than similar painted materials.

All of our interior and exterior laminates are scratch resistant. Traditional products are made with baked paints which often flake and scratch over time; in contrast, our materials will never flake and are made of highly scratch resistant PVC.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all installation and labor. Our work will perform as expected, baring any unforeseen natural disasters and/or material defects (material defects will be handled under the warranty, above).
